Email is the fastest way to reach us and the right channel for anything to do with an order — delivery, returns, refunds or a question about a shade before you buy. Please include your order number where you have one; it lets us answer in a single reply.

Response times

We reply within two business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time (GMT+4), excluding public holidays in the United Arab Emirates. Messages that arrive at a weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next business day.
